Large mixers with VU meters often use this as the illumination lamp for the meters.   In a dark room the meters are hard if not impossible to see if the lamp fails, so it's a good idea to keep a few of these on hand!   12 Volts, 250mA, 3/4 inch long X 1/8 inch diameter.   Lead length at each end 1 inch.

Replacement crossover tweeter protector lamp for crossover networks. Also known as a soft protector or tweeter limiter, this device will "share" the power with your tweeter without affecting the sound or damaging the tweeter.
